HIV/AIDS Prevention Education

HIV/AIDS is a major public health concern. Strong government and private support are needed for research and programs on prevention and treatment; for medical and social services for people with HIV/AIDS, their families, and other caregivers; and for the continued development and delivery of straightforward, accurate, age-appropriate prevention information for all people. Many government, national, and community-based organizations are devoted to HIV-prevention and AIDS-related information and services and there is an extensive amount of information related to HIV/AIDS on the Web.
