*Title V amounts include $50 million in Federal funds and the State match of $37.5 million.
** CBAE includes $4.5 million for evaluation.
*** In addition to the three traditional funding streams, at least $3.75 million was earmarked each year for abstinence-only-until-marriage programs in 2004 and 2005. This includes $3.15 million for 30 programs in Pennsylvania.  Additional earmarks in 2004 include: $100,000 for Project Reality, $250,000 for Best Friends in Washington, DC, and $250,000 for the Medical Institute for Sexual Health (MISH) in Austin, TX.
